The Mini-VibraFlex Plus is a dual handheld exercise device specifically designed to improve muscle strength and muscle tone in the upper body (i.e. neck, shoulders, arms, elbows, forearms, wrists and hands). The Mini-VibraFlex Plus is more powerful than the Mini-VibraFlex and allows you to work both arms at the same time (additional dumbbell is not included with purchase). The Mini-VibraFlex Plus also allows you to set your own parameters (i.e. duration and frequency) and allows for you to add up to 22 pounds of weight for a more intense workout.
